Hadley Development Solutions acted on behalf of a leading commercial bank on this previously distressed development. HDS evaluated the site situation, made recommended changes to product specification, unit layouts and the sites branding and proceeded with construction completion and a full sales and marketing campaign. The site was also re-branded as Bermondsey Central, SE1.

Substantial improvements to the marketability and value of the residential product were brought about by HDS value enhancement and value engineering processes.

After an extremely successful sales programme the development sold out in March 2012.
