Intro
Hadley Mace has been selected as Development Partner of the HCA on the Heart of East Greenwich (HoEG) regeneration project, now re-branded as Greenwich Square.
The Greenwich Square project represents an opportunity to a create landmark destination and vibrant community hub, eventually delivering 645 homes, a leisure centre, library, council service centre, health centre, commercial / retail space and a new public square. The scheme will transform the former Greenwich District Hospital site into a modern complex offering a range of high-quality homes and brand new community facilities.
Work has now commenced on site with an anticipated sales launch due in Autumn 2012.
