David Cunningham

Planning Director

David is responsible for all design and planning at Hadley Property Group. He assists with site evaluation, appraisals and manages projects through from acquisition to planning permission.

His expertise in sustainable design and the planning process is invaluable to the regeneration business.

Peter Lumb

Development Manager

Peter’s role sees him responsible for procurement, management and delivery of development projects on behalf of Hadley Property Group and our clients. Achieving required product standards and meeting timescales and budgets are central to his position.

The utilisation of his expert knowledge of construction processes has also led to numerous new business wins for our Development Solutions operation.

Land Manager

James has over 20 year’s experience in the property and development market, and is part of our land and acquisition team. With his exceptional local knowledge of London and the Home Counties he is a valuable member of our team.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Having previously worked in agency, Mia joined Hadley in May 2011 to oversee the day to day operation of the sales and marketing department. Her background in design and marketing, sales and extensive knowledge of the property market has greatly assisted in the increase of sales and the coordination of all marketing duties.

Gareth Dominique

Assistant Development Manager

Gareth is responsible for carrying out development and site appraisals, advising financial institutions and banks on their distressed assets, tending to planning issues and assisting in the sales and marketing processes. He graduated from the University of Reading studying Real Estate and is currently working towards his APC to become a chartered surveyor.

Development Manager

In his current role Robert is responsible for the delivery of several of the company’s development projects dealing with numerous aspects including construction, design management and managing numerous project stakeholders and work streams. With strong experience in the high-end residential and urban regeneration sectors, Robert is well placed to assist in ensuring the growth and long term prosperity of Hadley Property Group.

Project Director - Hadley Mace

Jason is the Project Director responsible for managing the Hadley Mace joint venture formed between Hadley Property Group and Mace Limited. With Hadley Mace a member of the HCA’s Delivery Partner Panel, he is responsible for overseeing projects awarded to the joint venture. Jason has extensive experience in the planning, negotiation and delivery of urban regeneration and mixed use projects.
