Peter Bennison

Managing Director

Peter has built up extensive experience of the property sector from a career spanning over 20 years. He has been Managing Director since Hadley Property Group’s inception and is responsible for all development activities as well as being the driving force behind the business.

His track record of delivery is exemplary.

Finance Director

Andy is Finance Director responsible for formulating, overseeing and delivering business strategy and governing the financial function.

He is involved in all aspects of development appraisal, raising and managing funding, monitoring of project delivery and performance.

Regeneration Director

As Regeneration Director, Eddie plays a key role in obtaining strategic sites that ensure the long term prosperity of the group.

He has established close links with numerous regeneration bodies, registered social landlords and local authorities which has created excellent access to new business opportunities.

Brian Higgins

Group Financial Controller

Brian is a CIMA qualified accountant with experience across the banking, motor finance, insurance and property industries. He joined Hadley in November 2011 to manage the day to day operation of the finance team and has applied his skills to benefit the financial management and operational processes within the company. Brian’s commercial focus enables him also provides key support and direction to our development teams on all of our projects.

Ken Prichard Jones

Solicitor

Ken has been legal counsel for Hadley Property Group since it was first founded in 2005. His capacity on the board sees Ken aid in the strategic development of the group and he remains responsible for ensuring that all aspects of HPG acquisitions and sales are completed with the Group’s position protected and in accordance with British law.

Harry Panton

Associate Director – Commercial

Harry works across both the Finance and Land functions providing financial analysis and commercial insight on prospective development schemes and into the ongoing success of those undertaken. He is integral to the delivery of evolving business strategy and takes a central role in exploring new business opportunities.

Beyond the core business he has undertaken a complete overhaul of all technological systems since his arrival and continues to grow the capabilities of the business in this area.

Group Board Director

Andrew joined the Hadley Board in 2011 after LJ Capital took a strategic stake in the company. Previously he was Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Residential and Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has worked on equity and property transactions across the globe and brings a wealth of industry experience to the Hadley Property Group Board.

Jonathan Elkington

Group Board Director

Jonathan joined the Hadley Board in 2011 after LJ Capital took a strategic stake in the company. He has 10 year’s experience of principle and private investment, formerly heading up Deutsche Land, Prostar Capital and Cleland Capital before becoming co-founder of LJ Capital. His prior experience of real estate financing and fund management is invaluable to the realisation of Hadley’s expansion ambitions.
