Intro
A part finished development was detoriorating and decreasing in value after the original developer faced liquidation. HDS took over development management and construction completion of the site involving significant drainage and mechanical electrical overhaul.
All works were completed to a high (client specified) standard with apartments brought to the market for rental in Summer 2009.
Overall, this is seen as a very successful project by our client with all construction problems overcome and full rental occupancy achieved by HDS.
