Intro
HDS propose to change the proposed scheme from a residential led development to a student led scheme. We propose to do this within the envelope that has been tabled with the local authority Brighton & Hove. Our solution for this site that we have proposed are based on 310,000 sq. ft of gross area, well within the 350,000 sq. ft. of gross area previously discussed with the local authority.
We await approval to continue our pursuit of a planning consent for a student focussed development.
Location
The site lies within a 15 minute walking distance of three mainline railway stations.
