Hadley Development Solutions have advised the lending bank on the best practice for dealing with a problematic site in Belsize Park, North London.
The development has stalled and become unsafe after two of the house facade's collapsed. Hadley have advised on how best to make the site safe, redesign the scheme to improve its viability and devise the best-case commercial exit for the bank.
We await approval to proceed with full Development Management of the project.
