Intro
We are proposing a scheme of approximately 344 new residential properties with a high percentage of family homes.
The site was a former warehouse, industrial works and electronics factory on Billet Road, Waltham Forest.
In consultation with local residents, and councillors we are looking to improve bus routes, provide a new trim track, open up routes to public spaces, a community support building, new GP surgery with dentist, optician, restaurants, bar and local mini market.
All the properties will have high levels of sustainability, using code for sustainable homes; levels 3 to 4 will be achieved.
A planning application was re-submitted in Spring 2012.
